Hello, I’m Sam, founder of Fourpoint Business Consultancy Ltd.

Fourpoint was created with one purpose: to give smaller, purpose‑driven companies the strong operational foundations that larger businesses benefit from, but far earlier in their journey. I chose the name Fourpoint because my work centres around four core pillars that keep a business running smoothly: Finance, HR, Legal Compliance, and Operational Process Improvement. These areas are essential for sustainable growth, yet they are often pushed aside while business owners focus on delivering the brilliant work they are known for.

My background began in finance over twenty years ago, starting with an apprenticeship that sparked a career I have loved ever since. I am now a licensed accountant and Xero partner, and throughout my career, financial roles naturally expanded to include HR processes, operational management, strategic planning, and governance. I have always been passionate about learning, and I am currently completing a Law degree with the Open University, graduating in April 2026, alongside qualifications in Paralegal Practice and Data Protection and GDPR.

All of this experience comes together at Fourpoint, a consultancy built to provide not just advice but genuine support. Whether you need practical recommendations, hands‑on implementation, or someone to take operational tasks off your plate entirely, my approach remains the same: clear guidance, smart systems, and support delivered with integrity and care.

I am based at the Exeter Business Hub, proudly serving small and growing businesses across Devon and beyond as a remote service. Fourpoint offers a mixture of consulting services and self‑guided compliance bundles currently in development, designed to help you strengthen your business structure at your own pace.
