Refund policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, all downloads are supplied immediately after purchase and cannot be returned.

Where a customer is purchasing as a consumer, by completing the purchase and accessing the digital content, you acknowledge that the download will be supplied immediately and that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or access has begun.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that consumers may have in relation to faulty, defective or misdescribed digital content.

For consultancy, compliance, verification, advisory or other bespoke services purchased outside the website checkout process, cancellation and refund arrangements will be governed by the applicable Statement of Work, Engagement Letter or Terms of Business.
